We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Evelyn Waters (Simpsonville, South Carolina), born in Woodruff, South Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William Waters; her parents, Toy Stephens and Pallie Arnold Stephens; and her daughter Robin Waters. She is survived by: her son Alfred "Ronald" Waters (Hazel); her grandchildren, Nathan Waters, Craig Waters and April Wilson; and her brother James Stephens. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren.
