She is survived by: her husband Roy Calvin Heath; her cousin Elbert Glaze (Judy); her extended family, Charles, John (Kim), Christopher Glaze (Mara), Harry Herzog (Donna), David Heath (Maxine) and Martha Pettinato; her pet Jill; and also, Lauren, Caroline Glaze, Sam Clinch and Dr. Caroline Clinch.
