He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Clarence Goad and Evelyn Barr Goad; his wife Nancy Gregg Goad; his daughter Leslie Marie Goad Espey (Rob); his grandson Maddox Henry Espey; his sisters, Betty Templeton and Carolyn Osborne (Dan); and his brother-in-law Roger Gregg (Mary Jane). He was also cherished by several nephews, great nieces, and a great nephew.
