He was predeceased by: his sister Frances Finley. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Finley; his children, Byron Finley (Robin) of Atlanta, GA and Suzanne Ulmer of Simpsonville; his grandchildren, Tyler Ulmer (Katina), Hayley Painter (Josh), LeAnne Mitchell (Gray), Robyn Baldwin (Ryan) and Rainier Finley; and his great grandchildren, Lexi Ulmer, Sullivan Ulmer and Susan Mitchell.
