He was predeceased by: his parents, Meekie "Jeanette" Causey and Hugh Gee Elliott; his wife Annie Cooper Elliott; and his son Douglas Marcus Elliott. He is survived by: his daughters, Anna Bridges (Derrick) and Kim Via (Tommy); his grandchildren, Angie Mayhugh, Kyle Bridges (Jessica), Alivia and Cashaul Elliott; and his great grandchild Gage Bridges.
