She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Putnam, Sr.; her son Ronald Alan Putnam; and her siblings, Joyce Hodge and Ed Billings. She is survived by: her parents, James Hammond Billings and Mary Frances Dickson Billings; and her children, Linda Putnam Mitchell (Phillip), Carl Louis Putnam, Jr., William Kenneth Putnam (Julia) and James Gregory Putnam (Mitzie). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
