She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alvie Spiess and Eleanor Spiess; her children, David M. Moutrey (Sheri), Diane Locotosh and Karen Milne (Clark); her grandchildren, Patrick Locotosh (Loretta), Christopher Locotosh (Amanda), Tana Martin (Steven), Abraham Milne, Sarah Milne (Stephanie), Jenny Taylor, Christine Rokos (Lucas), Alex Moutry and Eric Harris; her great grandchildren, Zoe Locotosh, Olivia Locotosh, Vivian Locotosh, Coleman Martin, Sydney Martin, Madison Rokos and Jackson Rokos; her husband Melvin C. Moutrey; her brother Lloyd C. Spiess; and her son-in-law Donald Locotosh.
