He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, King Bowens and Willie Mae Bowens; his son Don Irby of Greenville, SC; and his sisters, Carolyn Brown of New York, NY and Peggie Pruitt of Greenville, SC. He was also cherished by two grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
