He was predeceased by: his parent James Latham. He is survived by: his parent Betty Faye Tolson Latham; his wife Nell Cook Latham of Simpsonville, SC; his stepchildren, Tim Pointer, Sharon Notch, Nolan Pointer, David Galvin and Julio Torres; and his siblings, Debbie Guthier and Dennis Latham. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
