He was predeceased by: his siblings, Frances Moore and Devon Birk. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Brian Birk (Martha) of Vancouver, WA and Pamela Ogle (Scott) of Simpsonville; his grandchildren, Cassandra Birk, Sammantha Birk, Dylan Ogle and Jodi Ogle; and his siblings, Shirley Davidhizer and Richard Birk.
