He is survived by: his wife Loretta Geddings Richards of Simpsonville; his daughters, Mary Alice Traynham (Tony) of Greenville and Joyce Richards Gardner (Mike) of Inman; his grandson Brett Sutherlin of Greenville; and his stepgrandson Justin Gardner (Emily) of Inman.
