It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Choice Knight Ballenger of Simpsonville, South Carolina, who passed away on January 9, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband William Haud "Bill" Ballenger, Jr.; her father Fred Werron Knight; her sister Betty Boiter; and her nephew Don Boiter. She is survived by: her friend Choice; her brother Alvin Knight (Charlotte); and her nephews, Ken Knight (Suzanne) and Phil Knight (Hara). She is also survived by five great-nephews; three great-nieces; and numerous cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to Clear Spring Baptist Church, 301 Bethany Road, Simpsonville, SC 29681.
