He is survived by: his son Charles Justin Lewis (Tara Lynn); his grandchildren, Maddi Lewis and Peyton Lewis; and his siblings, Connie Wells (Randy) of Blackville, SC, Paula Houston (Mike) of Belton, SC, Betty Drake (Ducky) of Simpsonville, SC and Michael Lewis (DaWanna) of Asheville, NC.
