Dicer; her children, Deanne Toye (David) and Donald Dicer (Julie); her grandchildren, Jonathan Toye (Jessica), Emily Toye, Kearn Dicer and Macy Kate Dicer; and her sisters, Renie Humphrey and Donna Kunkel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
