She was predeceased by: her husband Kenny Stone; her parents, James Richard and Bessie Mae Vaughn; and her brother Tiny Vaughn. She is survived by: her children, Tommy Cates (Kimberley), Chris Cates (Tasha Bayne) and Kasey Cantrell; her grandchildren, Cadence Cates, Drue Cates, Tallon Cates (Amy), Lunden Cates, Bailey Dickert (George) and Mason Queen; and her brother Charlie Vaughn.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Cannon Byrd Funeral Home – Fountain Inn (1150 N Main St, Fountain Inn, SC 29644). A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
