She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. James "Jim" Culbreth; and her parents, Thomas Dale Leavesley and Ruth Meschter Swingle Leavesley. She is survived by: her son Ben Culbreth; and her children-in-law, Tom, Jan Leavesley, Paul and Karen Leavesley. She is also survived by daughter, Tess Styles; two brothers.
