He is survived by: his wife Denise Rivera Pagán; his stepfather Ivonne Colón; his son Carlos Mario Pagán Jr. (Chelsey Pagán); his grandchildren, Sophia Pagán, Adrian Restrepo and Blakely Pagán; his daughter Priscilla Marie Smith (Reeve Smith); his grandson Reeve Mayson Smith Jr.; and his brothers, Francisco Ruben Pagán Jr., Javier Edgardo Pagán (Dawn) and Alberto Luis Pagán (Cynthia).
