He was predeceased by: his parent John Tolbert. He is survived by: his parent Lucille Osborn Tolbert; his daughter Debbie A. Tolbert of Simpsonville; his siblings, John "Jay" Tolbert of White Plains, Linda Fay Workman of Georgia, Betty Williams of Fountain Inn and Jimmy; and his grandfather Clyde.
