He is survived by: his wife Ruth Louise Gilbert Bolling; his children, Douglas Leigh Bolling (Mandy) and Michelle Lynn Bolling; his grandchildren, Justin Leigh Bolling and Brianna Lynn Bolling; and his siblings, William Bolling, Jr. (Kathy), Carol Purvis, Kathy Metzger and Karen Kiel (Paul).
