He is survived by: his wife Carla Fulton; his parents, Phillip Fulton and Carolyn Casselman Fulton; his son Henry Fulton; his sister Lesley Fontaine (Tyler); his nephew Garrett Fontaine; his niece Nola Fontaine; his brother-in-law Ryan Berry (Jackie); his nephews, Nolan Berry and Turner Berry; and his mother-in-law Cindy Berry.
