He is survived by: his wife Judith Corbett McCoy; his daughter Kristin Patrick; his son-in-law Jeff Patrick; his granddaughter Leigh Patrick of Daniel Island, SC.; his daughter Merritt McCoy Tolan; his granddaughters, Kendall Tolan Graham, Ellison Lynn Tolan and Claire Ashlyn Tolan of Greenville, SC.; and his siblings, Roger McCoy of Greenwood and Diane McCoy Gee of Athens, GA..
