It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Fulghum (Simpsonville, South Carolina), born in Pickens, South Carolina, who passed away on September 16, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Rachel Fulghum; and his parents, Clyde Fulghum and Blanche Vickery Fulghum. He is survived by: his son Harold Fulghum (Cathy); his stepson Ronnie Barbrey (Tammy); and his sisters, Mary Ruth Fulghum, Shirley Dutton, Carolyn Turner and Sue Shepherd. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
