It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Allen (Simpsonville, South Carolina), born in Greenville, South Carolina, who passed away on February 26, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin A. Allen and Lillie Mae Jones Allen; and his sister Sirvonia Cavett. He is survived by: his sister Shirley Durham (Blackie); his nieces, Dina Durham, Terry Hamlin and Anita Mantekas; and his nephew Danny Cavett.
