As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Bill may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thompson and Margaret Cusworth Thompson. He is survived by: his wife Paula Crew Thompson; and his pets, Raleigh and Lucy.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes - Southeast Chapel (1604 NE Main St, Simpsonville, SC 29681).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Greenville Humane Society (https://www.greenvillehumane.com) to rescue other furbabies like those that Bill loved.
