He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lipscomb and Eloise Gibbs; and his siblings, Mike Combs, Terry Combs and Geraldine Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Rich Lipscomb; his children, Scott Lipscomb, Chad Lipscomb and Kelly Geno; his grandchildren, Richard Kolka II, Christian Lipscomb and Joanna Smith (Jade); his sister Mary Sullivan; and his sisters-in-law, Ethel Thebo, Shirley Lawton, Barbara Herring, Mary Jane Storey, Betty Rich, Carol Morehouse (Jim) and Judy Bennett (Larry).
