He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis, Sr. Streetman and Kathleen Streetman. He is survived by: his daughters, Nikael Streetman and Kathy White (Steve); his brothers, Ricky Streetman (Kathy) and Stan Streetman (Jeannine); and his grandson Matthew Skipper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
