He is survived by: his wife Jane Armstrong Watkins; his sons, Jody Watkins (Tisha) of Woodstock, Jonathan Watkins (JoDee) of Gray Court and Jeffrey Watkins of Gray Court; his sister Kathy Hettinger (Dwight); and his grandchildren, Elijah McCain (Tess) of Atlanta, AnneDee Watkins, Chesney Watkins, SaDee Watkins of Gray Court, Rylan Watkins and Reagan Watkins of Woodstock.
