Johnson (Kay) of Lake Toxaway, NC; her grandchildren, Zachary Johnson (Kyrsten), Katherine Johnson and Campbell Johnson; her great grandchild Slate Johnson; her stepdaughters, Rhonda Kropp and Gail Flexer; her sister Nancy Whitehurst (Tom); and also Barbara. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
