He was predeceased by: his sister Teresa Gillette. He is survived by: his siblings, Ashley, James, Kathleen, Jerry, Kenneth, Julie, Patricia, Eileen, Paul and Michael; and his children, Lisa Marie Ryder, Monica Bowers, Zierra Bowers, Derrick Perry, Scotty Perry, Dustin Perry and Levi Ryder.
