She was predeceased by: her spouse Eugene'Bo'Beauchamp; her parents, Richard Kuykendall and Myrtle Harvey Kuykendall; and her siblings, Hazel Williams, Andrew Kuykendall, Ed Kuykendall and Naomi Burger.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Beauchamp (Pam), Janice Jennings (Victor), Mary Knight (Tim) and Belinda Simmons (Wayne); her grandchildren, Jeremy Knight (Ashley), Adam Jennings (Brenna), Patrick Jennings, Carol Simmons and Janice Sims; her great grandchildren, Berkley Knight, Harper Knight, Radley Jennings, Tommy Jennings, Avery Jennings, Erin Sims, Blake Sims, Colby Sims and Kaden Sims; and her sisters, Brenda Burdick and Carolyn Fuller.
