He is survived by: his mother Norma Kelly Burts; his wife Regina Emory Cox Kelly; his children, Alvin Alexander Cox Kelly, II (Amber Rice) of Duluth, GA and Alanna Davis (Rodney) of Simpsonville, SC; his brothers, Alfred Cox Kelly (Marta) of Valdosta, GA and Alberto Cox Kelly (Phillis) of Augusta, GA; and his granddaughter Aria Davis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
