She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Williams and Sara Nix Williams; her husband Ray Allen Spicer, Sr.; her brothers, Lewis Williams, Andrew Williams and Timothy Williams; and her stepdaughter Becky Hopkins.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Spicer Sligh of Newberry, Monica Spicer Cole (Alan) of Taylors, Ray Allen Spicer, Jr. (Melissa) of Newberry and Paul Maxie Spicer (Nickole) of Newberry; her stepchildren, Mack Hopkins (Debbie), Laurie Ackerman (Windell) and Todd Hopkins (Tracey); her sisters, Peggy Hahs and Bonny Horton; and her grandchildren, Laura Spicer, Emily Spicer, Ruthie Spicer, Bryson Spicer and Kelsey Spicer. She is also survived by 12 step-grandchildren and 15 step-great-grandchildren.
