She was predeceased by: her father William Johnson; her parents-in-law, Ann and Bruce Eubanks; and her brothers, Joey Johnson and Jeffrey Johnson.
She is survived by: her mother Gerry Johnson; her husband David Eubanks; her son Alex Eubanks (Halie Pearson); her granddaughter Sadie; and her sister Carol Johnson.
Kim worked as a Charge Nurse at JF Hawkins Nursing Home in the Alzheimer Unit, where she was dedicated to her patients, and their families, often working 16-hour shifts even while on oxygen.
