It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jimmy Haltiwanger of Silverstreet, South Carolina, born in Little Mountain, South Carolina, who passed away on October 19, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George L. Haltiwanger and Mildred Kinard Haltiwanger; and his siblings, Lib Hamm, Dot Hamby, Mackey Satterfield, Ed Haltiwanger, Henry Haltiwanger, Mickey Haltiwanger and Kenny Haltiwanger.
He is survived by: his children, David Haltiwanger (Tatia) of Silverstreet and Kay Mayes (Jimmy) of Blythewood; and his grandchildren, Casey Haltiwanger, Paige McPhail (Daniel), Aaron Mayes (Erin), Ethan Mayes (Emily) and Abigail Mayes. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
