It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Timothy Ray Cooper (Seneca, South Carolina), born in Elkton, Maryland, who passed away on November 30, 2018, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Mary Louise Wilson. He is survived by: his parent Fredrick Ray Cooper of Seneca; his wife Marilyn Keener Cooper; his children, Conard Cooper of Westminster and Melinda Cooper Compton (Hunter) of Westminster; and his sister Felicia Knight (Charlie) of Westminster. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
