He is survived by: his parent Fredrick Ray Cooper of Seneca; his wife Marilyn Keener Cooper; his children, Conard Cooper of Westminster and Melinda Cooper Compton (Hunter) of Westminster; and his sister Felicia Knight (Charlie) of Westminster. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
