He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilton Leroy and Lou C. Durham Black; his former wife Linda Carrie Martin Black; his wife Jeanette Lambert Black; and his siblings, Tommy Black, Daniel Black, Lou Frances Gilliam and Pauline Black.
He is survived by: his children, Tim Black (Cheryl) of Germantown and Tracy Brooks (Keith) of Seneca; his siblings, David Black of Anderson, Claudine Payne of Seneca, Jeanie Barnett of Arkansas, Mary "Libby" Woolbright of Seneca, John Wayne Black of Seneca and Eunice Rowland of Seneca; and his grandchildren, Stephanie, Brandon, Mercedes, Dustin, Carrie and Makayla. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sandifer Funeral Home (512 E Main St, Westminster, SC 29693).
