She is survived by: her sons, Steve Clark and Lester Clark (Vicki); her grandchildren, Amanda Martincic (Tommy), Brandon Clark (Jessica) and Lee Clark (Jade); her great grandchildren, Ariana Martincic, Eliza Martincic, Noelle Martincic, Seraphina Martincic, Addison Clark, Braden Clark, Sarah Grace Clark, CJ Clark, Kilbie Clark and Lexi Clark; her sisters, Nancy Arnold (Donny) and Linda Worley Jewell (Chuck); and her daughter Nancy Bates (Billy).
