He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Simmons and Minnie Lee Simmons; and his brother Raymond Simmons. He is survived by: his spouse Dorma Bradley Simmons; his stepdaughter Amanda Allen; and his grandchildren, Zach Hubbard of Charlotte, N. C., Will Headley, Shane Allen and Emma Allen.
