She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Duncan and Janie Ward Duncan; her son Terry "Red" Lawson; her siblings, Albert Duncan, Dennis Duncan, Leland Duncan, Virgil "Pete" Duncan and Lyrlene Prince; and her great grandchild Haley Brown.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Rankin (Jeff) and Tammy McAlister (Robin); her siblings, Kenneth Duncan (Gayle) and Maude Lee Harvey; and her grandchildren, Josh Rankin (Lisa), Heath Rankin (Brittany), Caleb Rankin (Amber), Matthew Rankin (Shay), Katie Brown (David) and Kyle McAlister (Megan). She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Heritage Memorial Gardens (4500 SC-11, Westminster, SC 29693). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at the same location.
