He is survived by: his daughter Catherine Bolt (David Bolt, Jr.) of Anderson, SC; his grandchildren, Jonah Boyd Bolt and Lily Catherine Bolt; his sister Margaret Brickman of Glendale, AZ; his niece Heather Kwartowitz of Glendale, AZ; his great-nephew Atticus Kwartowitz of Glendale, AZ; and his close friend Mildred Haddock of Anderson, SC..
