He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ernest and Sarah Ruth Worley Clark; his son Chad Clark; and his brother Hugh Clark. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Cape Clark of Seneca; his children, Amanda Martincic (Tommy), Kristel Clark, David Lusk (Lori) and Brian Lusk (Kim); his grandchildren, Alexis Clark (Noah Millspaugh), Ariana Martincic, Eliza Martincic, Noelle Martincic, Seraphina Martincic, Zachary Lusk (Michelle), Andrew Lusk (Maddie), Alex Lusk and Ben Kwiatek; and his brother Steve Clark. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
