It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Neal Evans of Seneca, South Carolina, who passed away on March 24, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Evans of Seneca; her parents, Jubie S. Neal and Mary Wilson Neal; and her brothers, Dennis, Horace, Doyle and Richard Neal.

She is survived by: her children, Williams Evans of Seneca, Sandra Meece of Seneca, Diane Bird of West Union, Mary Evans of Salem, Connie Ross of Seneca, Bonnie Evans of Seneca and Jan Logan of Seneca; and her siblings, Donnie Neal of West Union, Wallace Neal of Seneca, Rita Gregory of Seneca, Doris Kelley of Seneca and Marlene Smith of Westminster. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren; and four great great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Foothills, Cottingham Hospice House, Attn: Foundation Office, 298 Memorial Drive, Seneca, SC 29672.
