He is survived by: his former wives, Linda Uhler and Margaret D'Amour (Johnsen); his wife Cheryl Strand of Seneca, SC; his sister Sue Scott (Charles) of West Chester, PA; his children, Jason Winbourn (Angie) of Greenville, SC, Brian Winbourn of Loveland, CO, Alyssa Brown (Ken) of Windsor, CO and Jessica Wiltgen (Josh) of Seneca, SC; his niece Zoe Scott (Will) of Downingtown, PA.; his nephew Brett Scott (Sarah) of Wyncote, PA; and his grandchildren, Noah, Holley, Barrett Winbourn of Loveland, CO, Sofia Winbourn of Greenville, SC, Cooper, Haley Wiltgen of Seneca, SC, William "Bo" Wells and Anna Banks Brown of Windsor, CO..

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Winbourn Residence (510 Return Church Rd, Seneca, SC 29678).
