She was predeceased by: her husband Ronny Wirtz; her parents, Bernice Phillips and Edna McDonald Phillips; her siblings, Norman Phillips, JB Phillips, Dorothy Williams, Nadine Fleming and Betty Jean Graham; and her granddaughter Ashley Watkins.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Phillips of Westminster and Stephanie Watkins of Seneca; her grandchildren, Daniel Phillips, Justin Phillips, Kimberly Watkins, Amber Watkins and Rosalynn Phillips; and her sisters, Joyce Stockton of Hickory Tavern and Ruby Nell Proctor of Westminster.
