He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Clifton Sr. and Ema Viola Crimes Leroy; and his brother Billy Leroy. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Welborn; his children, Lexie Leroy and Harley Leroy (Jessica); his grandchild Emilee Moss-Leroy; and his siblings, Sara Broun (Andrew), Betty Jo Johnson, Donnie Leroy (Diane) and Ricky Leroy.
