We bid farewell to Florence Floyd Franks of Seneca, South Carolina, born in Royston, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 6, 2024 at the age of 63. Florence touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her husband Homer Burrell Franks, Jr. of Seneca; her parents, Henry Floyd and Sallie Mae Carter Floyd; her father-in-law Homer B. Franks, Sr. (Margaret R. Franks); and her siblings, Frances Gunnells, Alice Risner, Peggy Jackson and Dallas "Little Brother" Daniel Floyd.

She is survived by: her daughter Betty Rogers (Robin) of Seneca; and her siblings, Henry Lee Floyd of Hartwell, GA, Sallie Holmes of Hartwell, GA and Louise Wallace of Elberton, GA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
