It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Patterson Martin of Seneca, South Carolina, who passed away on April 23, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Howard Martin; her parents, William Lefus and Edna Lula Perrin Patterson; her son Kent Martin; her grandson Brett A. Hicks; and her siblings, Albert Patterson, Alvin Patterson, Horace Patterson and Clara King.
She is survived by: her daughter Elaine Marchbanks of Pickens; her sister Wannie Waters of Seneca; her grandchildren, Hallie Marchbanks of Ealsey and Tyler Marchbanks of Aubrey, Texas; and her great grandchildren, Arianna, Adallie and Aniah.
