He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean Weber Seeley of Seneca; and his parents, Ken MacWayne and Edna Cossin. He is survived by: his children, William "Bill" Seeley (Patty) of Canton, GA, Janet Ernst of Alexandria, VA, Carol MacLean (Tom) of Orlando, FL and Donna Ranalli of Walhalla, SC. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
