It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Chester Lee Crane of Seneca, South Carolina, born in Highlands, North Carolina, who passed away on February 22, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Crane and Effie Miller Crane; and his siblings, Clarence Crane, Carlton Crane, Oscar Crane, Margaret Jane Montague, Lassie Buchanan, Robert Crane and Frank Crane.

He is survived by: his wife Fredda Perry Crane; his son Jonathan Crane (Kim) of Seneca; and his grandson Joey of Seneca.
