He was predeceased by: his parents, James Luther and Mary Addis Quarles; his siblings, Julian Quarles and Geraldine Sanders; and his grandson Cole Charping.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Mills Quarles; his children, Cynthia Dilworth (Derrill), Mike Quarles (Judy) and Tina Charping (Tony); his grandsons, Brad Dilworth Kelli (Lisa), Kevin Quarles (Adrianna), Alex Charping and Jack Charping; his great grandchildren, Madilin, Caroline, Kait and Lilli McGonagle; and his siblings, Neville Quarles and Linda Quarles.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Oconee Memorial Park (1923 Blue Ridge Blvd, Seneca, SC 29672).
